I'm Saltuk Buğra Karacan, an AI, Automation & Data Consultant based in Munich, Germany. I help businesses become more efficient - I take repetitive work off their teams, bring scattered data into one reliable place, and help them decide with numbers instead of guesses.

I hold an MSc in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich, where my thesis evaluated how reliable Large Language Models really are in safety-critical engineering processes - in other words, when you can trust AI and when you can't. Before going independent I worked across AI research and data engineering: fine-tuning multilingual language models at Retorio, building ESG data pipelines at certum.ai, and running applied LLM research at Fraunhofer IKS.

That mix matters. I've seen both what modern AI can genuinely do and where it quietly fails. So when we talk about your business, you get a straight answer - including the times when the honest recommendation is that AI won't help and something simpler will.

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a template. I listen to how your business actually runs, find where time and money leak, and only then recommend what to do first - in plain language, with a clear order of priorities.

I work in short, visible steps: a written brief, a first working version you can try on real work, your changes, then final delivery with your team trained and a short manual. You see a tangible result at each stage, and the system keeps running even when someone is on leave - it doesn't depend on a single person.

I treat your business problem as my own and measure success in hours saved, errors avoided, and decisions made with confidence - not in benchmark scores.

And if AI or automation won't genuinely help your situation, I'll tell you plainly. Selling you something that doesn't move the needle wastes both our time.
